Refund policy

At Zaha Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, here’s how our return and exchange process works:


1. Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must have tags attached and be in their original, unused condition.
  • Exclusions: Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hellozahadxb@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  2. Pickup & Quality Check: We will arrange a pickup through our logistics partner. Once the item is received and passes quality inspection, a refund of the product value minus a pick & pack fee will be issued as store credit only.
  3. Store Credit:
    • Valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
    • Can be used toward any future purchase on www.zahadxb.com.
  4. Exchange: Exchanges are processed the same way as returns. Once store credit is issued, you may place a new order if the desired size or item is available.

3. Return & Pick & Pack Charges

A non-refundable fee of AED 30 will be deducted from the store credit for all returns and exchanges.


4. Notes

  • Return Shipping: All return pickups are arranged by Zaha Boutique. Customers do not need to arrange their own shipping.
  • Store Credit Only: Refunds are issued as store credit only. No cash or direct payment refunds are offered.
